No more long commutes to a distant airfield. Each residence in the Condor Airpark comes with its own private hangar, spacious enough for your aircraft and accessible directly from your living space.
Each site will be offered for sale with full planning permission for a live/work unit, being approximately 3000 to 4000 sq.ft., incorporating 900 sq. ft of high-end workshop and arial balconies overlooking a mature pond and manicured gardens.
On-Site Aircraft Storage
The convenience doesn't end with your personal hangar. The airpark is designed for complete ease of access, making the transition from home to sky as seamless as walking out your front door.gardens.
As part of an active airfield, each property owner will have unlimited access to the private runways, 7 days per week. Hangarage for private aircraft is also available on the airfield.
